Due to COVID-19, public buses (referred to as KTEL) are generally very limited at the moment.


Below are provided direct links to the official public bus transport in Crete. If you have trouble opening up the pdf bus schedule, that is because the bus schedules have recently been updated.

From Heraklion to Agia Galini (pdf link, bus schedule valid from 16.08.20) there is a bus every day, twice a day (also weekends).

One at 7:30 am and at 14.00 pm. 

From Agia Galini to Heraklion (same link as above) there is also a bus every day, twice a day (also weekends). 

One at 10:00 am and at 17.00 pm.
